Terms of use for MovePilot Pro.

2. Scope
MovePilot Pro is a business app for moving assignments, surveys, inventory, documents, storage, daily planning and reporting. Features may vary by version, platform, device, operating system and subscription.
3. Subscription
MovePilot Pro is intended to be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow App Store rules. A three-day free trial is planned.
4. User responsibilities
Users must verify company, customer, price, tax, contract and invoice information and ensure that personal data is processed lawfully.
5. No professional advice
The app does not replace legal, tax or accounting advice. Documents and mandatory information must be checked by the user or their adviser.
6. Availability and backup
Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for backing up important data and retaining exported documents.
7. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. The provider is not responsible for incorrect user entries, unchecked documents, incorrect tax details or improper use.
