Information about data processing in MovePilot Pro.

1. Controller
MovePilot Pro is provided by Fatmir Hasani, Hauptstraße 32a, 79540 Lörrach, Germany. Contact: info@fatiumzuege.com.
2. Data processed by the app
The app can store customer, assignment, address, date, furniture, inventory, photo, storage, price, invoice, contract and company data, as well as documents, notes, signatures, labels and settings.
3. Purpose
Data is used to plan moving assignments, document surveys, calculate volume and prices, create business documents, organise daily work and prepare reports.
4. Storage and iCloud
Data is stored locally by default. When enabled by the user, iCloud synchronisation uses the user's private iCloud account and Apple services.
5. Camera, photos and files
These are accessed only when the user actively selects, captures or imports content.
6. AI features
If enabled and actively used, selected photos or assignment content may be analysed to prepare inventory, volume estimates or descriptions. Users are informed about the relevant service before production use.
7. Sharing and rights
The app does not automatically share data. Users can actively create and share documents or exports. Data-subject requests should generally be addressed to the moving company using the app.
